A stellar three-piece combo led by the incomparable Allyn Johnson on piano, with harmonies provided by gifted background vocalists Chad Gilbert, Ronnette Rollins, and Sherice Williams, will join Robert. Robert E. Person

Robert E. Person is a distinguished figure in Jazz and Gospel music. Known for his exceptional vocal control, polished stage presence, and exquisite tenor tone, the Washington, DC native has established himself as a formidable talent in the music and performing arts scene.

Robert's impressive career features an award-winning catalog of independent Gospel albums. He has since broadened his artistic repertoire with the release of his first Jazz album, Classic Covers, and a holiday EP, Christmas Joy.

Robert's regional theatre credits include performances with the Shakespeare Theatre Company in The Amen Corner and at the Anacostia Playhouse in A Snowy Nite at the Dew Drop InnSix Degrees of SeparationA Nite at the Dew Drop InnWasn't That a Mighty Day, and Black Nativity. He has also graced the stages of the ANKH Repertory Theatre in The Wiz, the Lincoln Theatre in Where Eagles Fly and Tambourines to Glory, and the Ira Aldridge Theater in Bubbling Brown Sugar

A proud graduate of Morehouse College, Robert's classical vocal training, combined with his passion and exceptional talent in Gospel music, have laid the foundation for a career that thrives both nationally and internationally across Gospel, Christian, and Jazz genres.
